Reservation cancellation policy
If the request for cancellation of booking/reservation is
1. 15days {Fifteen days} in advance of date of occupation, Full refund of advance paid.
2. 7 days {Seven days} in advance of date of occupation, 50% (Fifty percent) refund of advance paid.
3. Less than7 days {Seven days} in advance of date of occupation. No refund of advance.

Advance payment for booking
1. 50% (fifty percent) if the booking is before 15 days or more in advance of date of occupation.
2. 100% hundred percent if the booking is within 15 days or less.
