Secondly thanks to M/s. Kerala Hotel & Resort for offering such a wonderful services.Those non-forgiving 6 days, we enjoyed every moment with lots of smile, the place Munnar is really beautiful with vast greenery, waterfalls, mountains & tea plantation  everywhere, even we enjoyed the food. Even we liked the Kalaripayati (Martial Art) & Kathakali Dance. Kerala is rich of spices and beautiful plantations.Alleppy The House Boat: The hospitality and services we received was fantastic, food & cake were delicious and the room was decorated very beautifully, say my thanks to Mr.Varghese & his staff.V.Important: Lastly give our special thanks to Mr.Murali (Cab Driver) who made our tour enjoyable and non forgivable, from day one he was guiding us like a friend and big brother. We really liked his company, we didn’t even felt we are travelling with a stranger.Hope to receive the same services in near future, when we visit with our family.

The trip was simply awesome.Everything was set to enjoy in a short time. The trip designed specially for honey moon hill side romance for 5 days and 4 Nights. Munnar Tea Valley resort is like a mani ratnam movie location( I wish to go atleast one more time for that place).Thekkady was set for the show of kerala's culture.Boat house is one more place where we can relax and enjoy not thinking of any other thing( Food is amazing by the chef in the boat, so no need to worry)and its like a sankar movie rich and royal treatment.Above all this dedicated cab is an advantage.Totally the trip is like a wholesome romantic thriller everyday chasing and catching the events in time.

I really appreciate the background work done by keralahotelandresort team for providing/arranging such a hospitality.For any couple who are having less time can definitely chose this package.

We are fully satisfied with the hotels booked with good restaurants -meals –breakfast and also Cab provided with good Cab Driver. We recommend Keralahotelandresort.com for planned Family pack for pleasant holidays in Kerala. It was great being in Kerala. You helped out in planning a good memorable place. The Hotel you booked was also good. But we really liked the houseboat experience, the hospitality in the house boat was extremely good.Because of heavy wind we were taken to Alleppey so even bird sanctuary was not covered.

The Trip was very good, we enjoyed ourselves very much.Also, our Driver Ravi-Kuttan was excellent as he knew all the places and helped us along on all days.He was also good in photography and his expertise on the routes, areas and events.One thing to mention was the houseboat it was mentioned as welcome drink, flower decoration and cake which we did not get.Other than that all everything else was in place.

The kerala trip was really good. We enjoyed a lot. The package was good. We chose the 4nigths/5days package; this is too short to cover all the good places in kerala.Rest of all the places Munnar was too good, and the food in the house boat at Allepy/komarukum is yummy. The elephant ride was very exciting. One shouldn’t miss the elephant ride. The foggy road way between Munnar and thekkady is awesome. We actually felt like, we were going through the clouds (Top of the world) and i would recommend your servcices to all my friends and colleagues.

At no moment, we never felt that we had been alone without support and guidance. All through our travel, from Kumaragom to Allepey was fantastic and worth the money paid. Service at the Hotel resort/ follow-up/ guidance in the boat house, food service at Boat house and many small small things, all were really done with utmost professional.
